1 · Agreement
By using pinnaclebrandgroup.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms govern the website only. Design, development, sourcing and manufacturing work is governed by a separate written agreement between Pinnacle Brand Group Inc. and the client; nothing on this website is an offer to contract, a quotation, or a guarantee of price, capacity or delivery.
2 · The content here
Everything on this site — text, photography, sketches, drawings, layouts, code and design — is owned by Pinnacle Brand Group Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view it, and print or download a copy for your own reference or to evaluate working with us. You may not republish it, sell it, use it in your own materials, or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our written permission.
Gordon Rush®, Blake McKay® and Rush Gordon Rush® are registered trademarks of Pinnacle Brand Group Inc. Other names and marks shown are the property of their owners and appear for identification only.
3 · What you send us
Do not send us confidential material before we have a signed agreement in place. If you send an unsolicited idea, sketch, sample or brief, you grant us the right to read it and reply to it, and you accept that we work with many brands across the industry and may already be developing, or may later develop, something similar without reference to your submission. We will treat a brief as commercially sensitive and will not pass it on outside our team and our supply chain, but a website inquiry is not a non-disclosure agreement. We are glad to sign one — ask.
4 · Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system connected to it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that burdens it, harvest addresses from it, or use the inquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages.
5 · Accuracy and availability
We publish this site in good faith and try to keep it accurate, but it describes capabilities in general terms. Photographs are illustrative; product, materials, constructions, factory network, lead times and pricing change. We make no warranty that the site will be available without interruption or error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

9 · Copyright complaints
If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to our designated agent at legal@pinnaclebrandgroup.com, or Pinnacle Brand Group Inc., Attn: Copyright Agent, 775 Anita Street, Suite A, Chula Vista, California 91911, with the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): your signature, identification of the work, identification of the material and where it is on the site, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
10 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
